• Waitlist submissions — Retained until the waitlist is no longer active, then deleted within 60 days
• Support correspondence — Retained for 2 years after the last interaction

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Our platform and services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it immediately.
